About Us

From integrating voice ICs and MCUs to finished consumer products and cloud IoT integration.

Peoney's core business is the supply chain for consumer voice IC and MCU products. Starting from chip application integration, we have extended that experience to finished products and connected solutions, helping customers turn product ideas into consumer electronics ready for production.

Our journey

  1. 2004

    The Peoney Group is founded

    In December 2004, early members with long experience in consumer IC electronics applications formed the Peoney Group, working in IC application design: integrating Taiwanese voice chips and MCUs into solutions for toys, greeting cards and consumer electronics, and serving the consumer electronics supply chain.

  2. 2017

    Peoney Technology is established

    In May 2017, Peoney Technology was established in Taiwan. Building on the voice IC and MCU business, it began offering finished consumer products, such as electric toothbrushes under our own Peoney Bobi brand, and developing cloud IoT integration solutions.

  3. Today

    From components to connected products

    Drawing on our supply chain experience, Peoney supports customers with IC selection, firmware development, development board and module integration, and App, cloud and AI voice integration.

Our roles

For manufacturers, Peoney is the component and technical backup behind the factory floor. For brands, Peoney is the hardware and software integration partner for connected products.

Peoney's IC supply chain runs from chip makers to OEM / ODM factories and on to toy and gift brands. When a factory runs into a chip selection, shortage, firmware or electronic component problem during development or production, we help solve it quickly so products ship on time.

Through these factories, the chips and solutions we supply reach many international toy and gift companies, with end products from brands such as Hallmark and KeChao.

IoT integration

Integration partner for brands

On IoT projects, Peoney works directly with brands as the system integrator. We bring IC suppliers, contract manufacturers (EMS), cloud services and the end-user app into one delivery chain and coordinate the hardware and software integration from device firmware and connectivity modules to the cloud backend and mobile app, so the brand works with a single point of contact.

For the cloud side there are two delivery models: launch quickly on Peoney's PaaS (Platform as a Service), or integrate through APIs with the brand's existing servers and account systems, to the brand's specification.

Design concept

We started making electric toothbrushes because our team felt that work took up much of the time we could spend with our families. Building on the vibration motor IC applications we know well, we developed electric toothbrushes for the whole family, hoping to bring a smile to every family member and make up for time away from our children. It was also the start of our dream of a Taiwanese brand for the world.

A family's happy smile is at the core of our design

Our design starts from children's needs. The Bobi electric toothbrush is easy for children to use, so busy parents can feel more at ease helping them build a brushing habit, and share a bright smile together. Besides toothbrushes, we also offer daily oral care products such as bamboo charcoal toothpaste.
